Requires the State Board of Cosmetology to immediately approve salon location change applications for licensed salons with no prior violations

Salon owners must submit a sketch plan of the new location showing doors, windows, partitions, shampoo basins, lavatories, chairs, and floor equipment

Salon owners must provide the name and license number of the designated person in charge during the owner's absence

Bureau inspector must complete a facility compliance inspection within 10 days of application approval

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
