Establishes a Landslide and Sinkhole Insurance Fund with an initial $10,000,000 transfer from the General Fund, with provisions to maintain a minimum $10,000,000 asset value and potential repayment to the General Fund if assets reach $20,000,000

Limits insurance coverage to the lesser of replacement cost or $150,000 per structure, with policies available for 1-3 year terms and premiums based on community risk ratings and property conditions

Requires the board to collaborate with state agencies and educational institutions to complete a statewide survey of landslide and sinkhole risk areas and develop publicly accessible GIS maps and best management practices for local governments

Provides premium credits for communities that adopt measures reducing landslide and sinkhole damage risk, and prohibits coverage for new construction without proof of compliance with local prevention measures
