Amends the Pennsylvania Cosmetology Law to require the State Board of Cosmetology to appoint inspectors with the official title "Inspector, State Board of Cosmetology, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania"

Inspectors must be licensed cosmetologists with at least five years of active practice experience

Inspectors serve at the pleasure of the board and receive compensation set by the board with department approval

Inspectors are granted right of entry into any cosmetology business for inspections, complaint investigations, and other board-directed matters

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
