Requires all Pennsylvania school entities (school districts, intermediate units, charter schools, cyber charter schools, regional charter schools) to provide early human life development instruction beginning in the 2025-2026 school year

Mandates instruction be integrated within required biology courses and include an ultrasound video of at least five minutes showing development of the brain, heart, sex organs, and other vital organs at seven gestational intervals: 8, 12, 17, 22, 27, 32, and 37 weeks

Requires a high-quality, computer-generated animated rendering showing the fertilization process and every stage of human development in the uterus from conception until birth

Defines "early human life development instruction" as any oral, written, or digital lesson intended to educate students on human biology before birth, including pregnancy and fetal development

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
