Amends Section 1310-B of the Public School Code of 1949 regarding school safety and security training requirements for cyber charter schools

Expands eligibility for training waivers or alternative training by removing the requirement that cyber charter school employees be physically located outside Pennsylvania

Allows cyber charter schools to waive or provide alternative in-person safety training for any employee who exclusively provides instruction remotely, regardless of their location

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
