County boards of elections would be authorized to enter into agreements with Pennsylvania's unified judicial system to receive records of county residents who claim ineligibility for jury service under 42 Pa.C.S. § 4502

County boards would be required to investigate the voter registration status of any registered elector who claimed ineligibility for jury duty based on lack of citizenship

Amends Section 302 of the Pennsylvania Election Code (Act of June 3, 1937) by adding a new subsection (q) to the powers and duties of county boards

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
