Amends the Local Tax Collection Law to increase the maximum number of installments for local tax payments from 4 to 12 installments

Applies to taxes levied by counties, county institution districts, third-class cities, boroughs, towns, townships, school districts, and vocational school districts

Taxing districts may authorize installment payments through ordinance or resolution; no discount or abatement is allowed when using installment payments

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
