Requires health insurers in Pennsylvania to cover at least one early allergen introduction dietary supplement (either egg or peanut protein) for infants under one year of age when prescribed by a health care practitioner.

Mandates coverage at no cost to the insured, prohibiting deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing for these supplements.

Applies to individual and group health insurance policies governed by The Insurance Company Law of 1921, the Health Maintenance Organization Act, and hospital/professional health services plan corporations.

Excludes accident-only, dental-only, vision-only, Medicare supplement, workers' compensation, and other limited benefit policies from the coverage requirement.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and applies to policies offered, issued, or renewed after the effective date.
