Amends Section 1205.1 of the Public School Code of 1949 to require the Pennsylvania Department of Education to provide professional education opportunities, resources, and guidance for school entities to collaborate on continuing professional development activities

Professional education opportunities must address the most frequent concerns submitted by school employees across the Commonwealth

Department of Education must update these professional education opportunities annually based on submitted concerns

Professional education plans may continue to include joint or cooperative activities with other school entities or institutions of higher education

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
