Amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to expand and clarify the definition of "exotic wildlife" in Section 2961

Adds nonhuman primates (order Primates) and bobcats to the list of animals classified as exotic wildlife, alongside bears, wolves, coyotes, and large cats already covered

Explicitly includes snow leopards and clouded leopards to the existing list of regulated big cats (lions, tigers, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs, cougars)

Creates new exemptions from the exotic wildlife definition for birds, domestic animals, and common pets including horses, camels, deer, cattle, rats, mice, chinchillas, rabbits, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, ferrets, and guinea pigs

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
