Amends the Disease Prevention and Control Law of 1955 to allow counties without a local health board or department to receive communicable disease information from the state health department

Counties must pass a resolution authorizing their governing body to receive disease information occurring within their jurisdiction

State department will release de-identified disease information, including the municipality where a confirmed case occurred within the past 24 hours

County governing bodies receiving this information must comply with all applicable federal and state confidentiality laws and regulations

Provision does not apply to municipalities that have their own local board or department of health; takes effect in 90 days
