Removes the minimum age requirement of 50 years for widows and widowers to qualify for property tax and rent rebate assistance under Pennsylvania's Taxpayer Relief Act

Widows and widowers of any age would become eligible for rebates, while other eligibility categories remain unchanged (seniors 65+, permanently disabled persons 18+)

Amends Section 1303 of the Taxpayer Relief Act of June 27, 2006 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1873, No.1)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
