Limits eligibility to academic clinical medical centers in Pennsylvania that have received neurodegenerative disease research funding from the National Institutes of Health or Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute within the preceding four federal fiscal years

Requires grant recipients to submit reports within 90 days of project completion detailing research progress, major discoveries, and new treatments, and subjects them to performance reviews by the department

Mandates annual reports to the Governor and legislative leadership by December 31 each year detailing program operations, grant awards, denials, and remaining fund balances
