Amends Pennsylvania's anti-SLAPP law (Title 42) to explicitly include "disclosure of sexual offenses" as protected public participation that should not be chilled through abuse of judicial process

Expands the definition of "protected public expression" to include non-malicious communications alleging abuse (as defined under 23 Pa.C.S. § 6102) or sexual violence (as defined under section 62A03)

Removes protection from abuse cases (23 Pa.C.S. Ch. 61) and sexual violence/intimidation victim protection cases (Chapter 62A) from the list of claims excluded from anti-SLAPP protections

Retains only The Insurance Company Law of 1921 as an exclusion from anti-SLAPP coverage

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
