Amends the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act to change the terminology for osteopathic physicians from "registered" to "licensed" with the board when serving as primary supervising physicians for physician assistants

Expands the definition of "primary supervising physician" to explicitly include medical doctors (MDs) licensed with the State Board of Medicine, in addition to osteopathic physicians (DOs)

Primary supervising physicians must be designated through a written agreement with a physician assistant under section 10(g) as having primary responsibility for supervision

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
