Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1985 to update the definition of "doctor of osteopathy or osteopathic doctor" by changing the licensing authority reference from "State Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners" to "State Board of Osteopathic Medicine"

Expands the definition of "primary supervising physician" to explicitly include doctors of osteopathy licensed by the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, in addition to medical doctors licensed by the State Board of Medicine

Removes the requirement that primary supervising physicians be "registered with the board," changing it to simply "licensed by the board"

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
