"Prohibited costs" that cannot be recovered from ratepayers include trade association dues, goodwill advertising, executive travel/lodging/food expenses, entertainment, gifts, corporate aircraft, and investor relations

Electric distribution companies required to be members of a regional transmission organization (such as PJM) and must submit annual voting reports to the Public Utility Commission by February 1

Voting reports must disclose all recorded votes cast at regional transmission organization meetings and explain how each vote serves the public interest; act takes effect in 60 days
