Authorizes Pennsylvania to join the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact, enabling licensed dentists and dental hygienists to obtain expedited practice privileges in other member states without obtaining a separate full license in each state

Compact becomes active when 5 states join; each member state appoints 2 commissioners to the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Compact Licensure Commission, which administers the compact and promulgates rules

Eligible applicants must hold an unrestricted license, have passed the ADEX examination (or regional board exam with 5+ years practice prior to January 1, 2024), have no criminal convictions, no prior disciplinary actions, and no active investigations

Active-duty military members and their spouses are exempt from compact fees for up to 1 year after separation and receive expedited processing for relocations

Member state dental boards retain full authority to take adverse actions against compact license privilege holders practicing in their state, and disciplinary actions in one state automatically trigger discipline across all states where the licensee holds privileges
