Amends the Public School Code to require the State Board of Education to conduct studies on Holocaust, genocide, and human rights violations instruction every 5 years, beginning after the 2025-2026 school year

Requires the first report under the new schedule to be submitted by November 30, 2027, and every 5 years thereafter, to the Governor, Secretary of Education, and Senate and House Education Committee chairs

School entities must provide information to the State Board on whether and how they offer Holocaust, genocide, and human rights violations instruction

Reports must include data on the number of schools offering such instruction, use of Department of Education curriculum guidelines and in-service training programs, instructional hours, grade levels, and recommendations for improvements

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
