Amends Pennsylvania's Public School Code to require instruction on communist and socialist regimes beginning in the 2026-2027 school year for grades 7-12 in all public, private, and parochial schools

Mandates teaching about Mao Zedong and the Cultural Revolution, Joseph Stalin and the Soviet system, Fidel Castro and the Cuban Revolution, Vladimir Lenin and the Russian Revolution, Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge, and Nicolas Maduro and the Chavismo movement

Requires curriculum to address how victims suffered under these regimes through poverty, starvation, migration, systemic lethal violence, and suppression of speech

State Board of Education must promulgate implementing regulations by April 1, 2026

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
