Amends the Second Class City Firemen Relief Law to remove remarriage as a disqualifying event for surviving spouses receiving pension benefits from deceased firefighters

Surviving spouses of firefighters killed in the line of duty may continue receiving monthly payments (up to 50% of the member's salary) for 500 weeks or until death, regardless of whether they remarry

Dependent parents of deceased firefighters become eligible for survivor benefits if there is no surviving spouse or children, with the remarriage restriction also removed for this provision

Updates statutory language from "Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act" to "Workers' Compensation Act"

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
