Required posting content includes department contact information, federal and state veterans' benefits resources, the VA Crisis Line contact information, and county veterans affairs directors' contact information

The workplace posting is exempt from standard regulatory review processes under the Commonwealth Documents Law, Commonwealth Attorneys Act, and Regulatory Review Act

The employer display requirement takes effect in 180 days; other provisions take effect in 90 days
