Amends Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law to exempt materials used to assist individuals with disabilities from public records requests, including transcriptions, braille translations, and large print materials

Creates a new exemption protecting the identity of claimants or victims in executed settlement agreements for sexual harassment or sexual assault claims

Allows agencies to redact victim/claimant identity information from financial records related to sexual harassment or assault settlements

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
