Amends the Human Services Code to add assisted living services and supplemental health care services as covered medical assistance services under Pennsylvania's Community HealthChoices program

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit necessary documents to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) within 60 days of the effective date

Allows licensed assisted living residences to become certified as medical assistance providers for these services

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
