Requires school entities to notify parents and legal guardians of children involved in bullying or cyberbullying incidents within 5 days of the incident

Adds a formal definition of "cyberbullying" to Pennsylvania's Public School Code, covering bullying acts committed during school hours using computers, computer systems, computer networks, or cellular/wireless devices

Parent notifications must comply with federal FERPA privacy requirements (20 U.S.C. § 1232g and 34 CFR Pt. 99)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
