Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole must reduce parole supervision by 90 days for offenders who earn educational or vocational credentials while on parole

Qualifying credentials include high school diploma, GED, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, career certificate, vocational certificate, or technical certification

Offenders must be in compliance with all terms of their release to receive the 90-day reduction

Offenders convicted of crimes of violence as defined in 42 Pa.C.S. § 9714(g) are excluded from eligibility

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
