Prohibits the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from interfering with the use of medically appropriate assisted reproductive technology (ART) or how such technology is provided to individuals

Defines assisted reproductive technology as procedures involving laboratory handling of human eggs or preembryos, including in vitro fertilization, gamete intrafallopian transfer, and zygote intrafallopian transfer

Requires any future law passed by the General Assembly to comply with the non-interference provision unless that law specifically references an exemption from this act

Officially titled the "Preserving Access to Reproductive Efforts Non-Traditional Act" (PARENT Act)

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
