Expands free hunting license eligibility for Pennsylvania resident disabled veterans who lost one or more limbs in war/armed conflict or are 100% disabled as certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Current law provides only free regular hunting or furtaking licenses; the bill adds 10 additional license/permit types at no cost

New free licenses include: regular hunting, regular furtaking, antlerless deer, bear, archery, muzzleloader, migratory game bird, elk, special wild turkey, and pheasant permits

Veterans must apply through the Pennsylvania Game Commission or county treasurer and meet all other qualifications under Title 34

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
