Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to require mandatory death sentence for defendants convicted of first-degree murder who are undocumented migrants

Removes judicial discretion in sentencing for this category of defendants; court "shall sentence the defendant to death" after verdict and immigration status are recorded

Defines "undocumented migrant" as an individual present in the United States in violation of 8 U.S.C. Chapter 12 (Immigration and Nationality Act)

Creates an exception to standard jury trial sentencing procedures under Section 9711(a) for defendants meeting the undocumented migrant criteria

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
