Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) Section 5702 to allow cash bail deposited by a defendant to be automatically held and applied to restitution, fees, fines, and costs unless the defendant demonstrates undue hardship

Permits courts, upon motion by the Commonwealth's attorney, to apply cash bail deposited by a third party on behalf of a defendant toward the defendant's restitution, fees, fines, and costs unless the depositor shows undue hardship

Requires written notice of these cash bail provisions be provided to any depositor before accepting a cash bail deposit

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
