Extends authorization to acquire, stock, and administer epinephrine delivery systems to day-care facilities (child care centers and family child care homes), in addition to previously authorized entities like recreation camps, colleges, amusement parks, and sports arenas

Requires day-care facility participation to be contingent on funding specifically designated to the Department of Health for this purpose

Mandates the Department of Health develop informational materials within 90 days for day-care facilities to distribute to parents, covering signs of allergic reactions and epinephrine requirements, with triennial updates

Provides Good Samaritan liability protections to authorized entities, day-care facilities, prescribing practitioners, and trained employees who administer epinephrine in good faith, except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence
