Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to expand the definition of "sexual abuse or exploitation" in the child protective services chapter

Adds trafficking in minors (18 Pa.C.S. § 3011) and involuntary servitude (18 Pa.C.S. § 3012) to the list of offenses that constitute sexual abuse or exploitation when committed against a child

Retains all existing offenses in the definition including rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, incest, and sexual exploitation of children

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
