Upgrades invasion of privacy penalties: multiple violations become a third-degree felony (previously second-degree misdemeanor), and single violations become a first-degree misdemeanor (previously third-degree misdemeanor)

Requires convicted offenders to delete or destroy all photographs, videotapes, electronic depictions, films, records, or other recordings associated with their conviction

Creates a separate third-degree felony charge for failing to delete or destroy the required media after conviction

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
