Permits use of internet-based conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Live) only for revealing winners of games of chance, but prohibits animations, graphics, moving/still images, or gambling devices during winner reveals

Requires organizations to implement geolocation technology to block participants located outside Pennsylvania from purchasing tickets or participating

Mandates age verification (18+) and identity verification through government-issued credentials or third-party databases, with participants required to affirm accuracy of their information

Organizations must verify compliance with federal laws prohibiting funding of unlawful internet gambling (31 U.S.C. Ch. 53 Subch. IV)
