Amends Section 1372 of the Public School Code of 1949 to update reporting deadlines for expenditures on children with exceptionalities, resetting various reporting start dates to December 31, 2025

Changes terminology throughout from "students with disabilities" to "children with exceptionalities"

Requires school districts to annually report student counts by expenditure categories: Category 1 (under $25,000), Category 1A (under $5,000), Category 1B ($5,000-$25,000), Category 2 ($25,000-$50,000), Category 3A ($50,000-$75,000), and Category 3B (over $75,000)

Abrogates any Department of Education regulations inconsistent with the act

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
