Acknowledges the attempted elimination of 3,000-year-old Armenian culture as a crime against humanity

Directs that a copy of the resolution be transmitted to the Armenian National Committee of America National Headquarters in Washington, DC

Recognizes contributions of Armenian Americans in Pennsylvania to business, agriculture, academia, government, and the arts
