Acknowledges her work establishing schools for Black youths in Pennsylvania (West Chester and Norristown), New York City, and other locations

Honors her contributions to the Underground Railroad and continued abolitionist activism after relocating to Canada following the 1850 Fugitive Slave Law

Recognizes her advocacy for women's suffrage, including addressing the U.S. Congress in 1874 in support of women's right to vote
