Designates September 29, 2025, as "VFW Day" in Pennsylvania, commemorating the 126th anniversary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars founding on September 29, 1899

Recognizes the VFW's role in establishing the Veterans Administration, national veterans' cemetery system, and GI Bill of Rights

Acknowledges VFW membership of more than 1.4 million individuals across approximately 6,000 Posts worldwide

Credits the VFW for helping pass the PACT Act of 2022, which expanded VA health care eligibility for veterans with toxic exposures and added over 20 presumptive conditions for burn pits, Agent Orange, and other exposures

Encourages all Pennsylvanians to honor and support VFW members, veterans, and their families for their contributions to the nation and communities
