Study must analyze cost of living data by county and metropolitan area, and assess how uniform statewide wages affect employee hiring and retention

Study must evaluate different geographic methods for implementing location-based pay (by metropolitan area, county, or other regions) and calculate the fiscal impact

Federal Government, California, and New York already use location-based salary adjustments for government employees

Report with findings and recommendations due to the House of Representatives within one year of resolution adoption
