Responds to the Shapiro Administration's refusal to share with the legislature a third-party security review conducted by former PSP Commissioner Jeffrey Miller, which was delivered only to Pennsylvania State Police and the Governor's Office on April 28, 2025

Grants the committee broad investigative powers including subpoena authority for witnesses and documents, ability to administer oaths, take testimony, conduct interviews, and employ counsel and staff

Authorizes the Sergeant-at-Arms to serve committee process and allows the committee to meet during House sessions, with expenses paid from Chief Clerk appropriation accounts

Requires the committee to submit a final report to the House with findings and recommendations regarding the security failures that allowed the attack to occur
