Advisory committee must be formed within 90 days of resolution adoption and include at least 15 members with representatives from the Departments of Aging, Education, Environmental Protection, Health, Human Services, and Labor and Industry

Requires five nongovernmental organization representatives with expertise in public health, green building, construction trades, long-term care, and K-12 education

Committee responsibilities include recommending indoor air quality standards and technologies, guiding public education efforts, advising on data collection and surveillance, and supporting prevention methods

Final report of findings due to the House of Representatives no later than 18 months after adoption of the resolution
