Designates July 26, 2025, as "Americans with Disabilities Act Day" in Pennsylvania, marking the 35th anniversary of the ADA's enactment in 1990

Salutes disability rights advocates and all who contributed to the passage of the ADA, which was signed into law by President George H.W. Bush

Notes the ADA has helped more than 55 million Americans with disabilities participate in society by removing barriers in employment, transportation, public services, telecommunications, and public accommodations

Acknowledges ongoing challenges including that individuals with disabilities are twice as likely to live in poverty and continue to experience high unemployment rates

Pledges continued bipartisan work to support opportunity, independent living, economic self-sufficiency, and full participation for individuals with disabilities
