Hispanic Americans constitute the nation's largest racial or ethnic minority at 65.2 million people (nearly one-fifth of the U.S. population) and represent over 18% of active-duty military personnel

Calls on all Pennsylvanians to honor Hispanic culture and history through learning, service, and celebration
