Condemns the Trump Administration's deployment of federalized National Guard units and active duty military forces into Portland, Los Angeles, and Chicago over the objections of state and local officials

Opposes any deployment of federal troops or federalized National Guard units into Pennsylvania cities, including Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, without the Governor's consent

Declares that federal military deployment in Pennsylvania cities would constitute an unconstitutional abuse of power and violation of federalism principles

Urges the Governor, Attorney General, and state agencies to take all available legal action to resist and prevent any such deployment within Pennsylvania

Calls upon Congress to conduct immediate oversight into the use of military force against civilians and to reaffirm statutory limits on domestic military deployment under the Posse Comitatus Act
