Designates March 9, 2025, as "Charter Day" to commemorate Pennsylvania's 344th birthday, marking the anniversary of King Charles II granting William Penn a charter for the colony on March 4, 1681

Encourages residents, schools, educational institutions, and patriotic, religious, historical, and veterans' groups to participate in Charter Day activities sponsored by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and State Archives

Recognizes Pennsylvania's 23 State historic sites and museums that preserve the Commonwealth's heritage

Honors volunteers and supporters who maintain history through their work with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, State Archives, State Historical Records Advisory Board, and other historical organizations
