Designates March 13, 2025, as "K9 Veterans Awareness and Services Day" in Pennsylvania to honor working dogs and their handlers, trainers, and helpers

Commemorates the date the official United States K9 Corps was created on March 13, 1942, for service in World War II

Recognizes dogs serving in military, law enforcement, customs, search and rescue, border patrol, Secret Service, and drug enforcement roles

Includes recognition of service dogs assisting people with disabilities and support animals for individuals with mental health issues

Urges all government agencies and groups using working dogs to make efforts on March 13, 2025, to recognize their contributions to the Commonwealth and nation
