Commemorates the January 31, 2025 medical jet crash along Cottman Avenue near Roosevelt Mall that killed 8 people (6 on board, 2 on the ground) and injured at least 20 others

Acknowledges the crash damaged more than 340 homes, with 4 destroyed, 6 sustaining major damage, and 11 sustaining other damage

Recognizes the multiagency emergency response involving Philadelphia Fire Department, Police Department, Office of Emergency Management, PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works, and federal/state partners

Expresses appreciation for police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, hospital staff, public employees, and local residents who aided victims and helped rebuild the community
