Directs the Joint State Government Commission to study using computer algorithms to draw legislative districts in Pennsylvania as an alternative to the current five-member commission process

Requires the study to include cost-benefit analysis, examination of computational redistricting in other states and countries, stakeholder input, and public comment

Authorizes the Commission to request information from the U.S. Census Bureau, Pennsylvania Department of State, and government entities outside the Commonwealth

Mandates the Commission report findings and recommendations to the House of Representatives within one year of adoption
