Department of State must submit reports to legislative leadership on election complaints from registered voters, including complaints to the Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation, the department's election complaint website, and the election day hotline.

Reports must include the complaint details, polling precinct and county of origin, and actions taken by the department; anonymous complaints are excluded.

Reports covering complaints received within 5 days of an election must be submitted within 45 days after the election.

Recipients include Senate and House leadership, the Secretary of the Senate, Chief Clerk of the House, and State Government Committee chairs from both chambers.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
