Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to expand the list of child-on-child sexual offenses that must be reported under Pennsylvania's child protective services chapter

Adds unlawful dissemination of intimate images (18 Pa.C.S. § 3131) to the mandatory reporting requirements for child-on-child contact

Adds sexual abuse of children (18 Pa.C.S. § 6312) to the mandatory reporting requirements for child-on-child contact

Existing reportable offenses include rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and indecent exposure

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
